Cooking Delicious and Quick
Ingredients:
- Approximately 1 kg of potatoes
- 1 puree
- 3 roasted green chilies, peeled, deseeded, and finely diced
- 1 cup of milk
- A pinch of pepper
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 tomato bouillon cube
- Approximately 1/2 kg of panela cheese
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 white onion, diced
Peel and dice the potatoes. In a pot, heat a bit of oil and add the potatoes, tomatoes, onion, and chilies. Season for about 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, add approximately 1 1/2 liters of water and the cup of milk. Add the puree, tomato, and chicken bouillon cubes, and pepper. Stir and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add the diced cheese and season with salt to taste.
